預約注意事項:
1.若預約當日不便前來，請提前在此網站上取消預約，將名額讓給需要的
客人，謝謝!
2.為了園區動物及其他遊客健康著想，入園請先用酒精消毒。每日皆有限
時段及人數開放，會依照現場實際人數安排入園。
3.本園區禁止攜帶外食及飲料入內，礦泉水除外。
4.請勿強抱，拍打，追逐園區動物，避免動物受到驚嚇。如多次勸導無效，將請您離開園區，敬請見諒。
5.園區內孩童需全程在家長陪同下入園，勿讓小朋友獨自一人與動物互動。餵食動物請特別小心，避免被咬傷，如需要可使用夾子。
6.隨身物品須自行保管，本園區不負責保管責任。
7.園區歡迎攜帶寵物入場，惟需提前於系統預約。每位遊客限攜帶一隻中小型犬/貓，每時段名額限50隻，寵物活動範圍僅限特定區域，動物展演區不得入內。(全程須使用1.5M內繩鍊或寵物推車及背包)。敬請見諒，謝謝合作。
大型犬貓均不得進入園區，謝謝合作。
8.為避免相互感染，貓屋及戶外動物互動區禁止帶寵物入內。
9.園區內禁止吸菸及吃檳榔，謝謝配合。

4. Group Discount: 10% off for groups of 20 or more (weekdays only, simultaneous entry required).

1. Check-In time: Please complete check-in within 10 minutes of your reserved time. Late arrivals will be accommodated based on on-site availability.
2. Operating Hours: During consecutive holidays or special circumstances, operating hours will be announced via our social media accounts.
3. Animal Interaction: Animal interactions are subject to the animals' well-being and availability as determined by the park.
Reservation Guidelines:
1. Cancel Reservations: If you are unable to attend on the day of your reservation, please cancel your booking on this website in advance to free up the spot for other guests, thank you!
2. Health Measures: For the health and safety of the animals and other visitors, please sanitize your hands with alcohol before entry. Admission is limited to specific time slots and visitor numbers daily, and entry will be arranged based on on-site capacity.
3. No Outside Food or Drinks: Bringing outside food and beverages into the park is prohibited, except for bottled water.
4. Animal Interaction Guidelines: Please avoid forcibly holding, tapping, or chasing the animals to prevent causing them distress. Visitors who do not comply after repeated warnings may be asked to leave the park. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Child Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and should not interact with animals unsupervised. Be cautious while feeding animals to avoid being bitten; tongs are available if needed.
6. Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The park is not responsible for safeguarding any items.
7. Pet Policy: Visitors are welcome to bring pets, but advance reservations through the system are required. Each visitor is limited to one small or medium-sized dog or cat, with a maximum of 50 pets allowed per time slot. Pets are only allowed in designated areas and are prohibited from entering animal interaction zones. Pets must remain in a leash of 1.5 meters or shorter, carriers, or strollers at all times. Large dogs or cats are not allowed in the park.
8. Avoid Cross-Contamination: To prevent cross-infection, pets are not allowed in the cat house or outdoor animal interaction zones.
9. Smoking is prohibited in the park. Thank you for your cooperation!
