預約須知 / Reservation Guidelines
親愛的顧客您好,感謝您使用本餐廳線上預約系統。為確保您的用餐品質與預約權益,請詳閱以下說明:
 Dear valued guests, thank you for using our online reservation system. To ensure the best dining experience, please review the following guidelines:
-  預約時間:建議您最晚於用餐前 1 小時完成預約。尖峰時段(例:週末、國定假日)建議提前數日預訂,以免向隅。
 Reservation Timing: Please make your reservation at least 1 hour in advance. For peak periods (e.g., weekends and holidays), we recommend booking several days ahead.
 
-  準時抵達:請準時於預約時間抵達。如超過 10 分鐘未到,我們將視現場情況保留座位或釋出給候位顧客。
 Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your table may be released to other guests depending on availability.
 
-  人數與座位安排:請如實填寫用餐人數,若有變動請提前告知,以便我們妥善安排座位。
 Party Size & Seating: Kindly provide an accurate number of guests. If there are any changes, please inform us in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
 
-  特殊需求:若您有嬰兒座椅、過敏食材、無障礙座位等需求,請於備註中告知,我們將盡力為您安排。
 Special Requests: If you require a baby chair, have food allergies, or need accessible seating, please let us know in the remarks section—we will do our best to accommodate.
 
-  取消與更改:如需更改或取消預約,請至少於用餐前 2 小時通知我們,以利調整安排。
 Changes & Cancellations: Please notify us at least 2 hours before your reservation time if you need to change or cancel your booking.
